The handles are slender, and the chisel bodies have no extra bulk, presenting a lean profile. They were once owned by a Miyadaiku (shrine and temple carpenter) and were carefully used and preserved. They are in good condition and still have a long service life. The Miyadaiku applied a layer of anti-rust lacquer on the blades for long-term protection.
