This plane was sourced from a specialty tool shop in the Kansai region. It is slightly smaller than the similar-type plane by Yukichika that I sold previously, making it a better fit for a tateguya (door\/window maker) or a sukiya carpenter. Also, unlike the previous plane, its uragane (chipbreaker) was personally tuned by Yukichika himself.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThere is some minor surface rust on the blade, but it is purely cosmetic and does not affect the tool's functionality.  It differs from the other two sarumenori planes uploaded in this same batch. First, the blade features the Yukichika brand name.
