Additional Information: It is in brand new condition and is a blade made with high precision. The blade's bevel remains the same as it was when it left the smithy, and is the result of basic sharpening done by Mr. Ishiko.
The number on the blade in the fifth picture is 17.81, with a Chinese character for "火" below it. I checked what day of the week August 1, 2017 was and found it was Tuesday. Tuesday is called "火曜日" in Japanese. Based on this I believe this line of numbers represents the date it was manufactured.
The blade also has some interesting markings, but I'm sorry I don't know what they mean at the moment.
