Brand name: Naoyuki(直行, come from the Naohei store in Tokyo.)

Smith name: Based on the craftsmanship, I believe the maker is a Sanjo-based chisel smith, possibly Yamahiro.

Additional Information:  These Kuriko knives are brand new and unused (New Old Stock), in excellent overall condition. There is some minor surface rust, but it can be easily removed during the sharpening. I discovered them tucked away in a corner of the shelves at the historic Naohira Shop. They are exceptionally well-crafted and show virtually no signs of warping.
