Additional Information: Unused, in good condition. I purchased it from a knife collector who bought it about 10 years ago.
Personally, I prefer the Nakiri or Santoku by Fujiwara Yoshiaki over the Nakiri by Sanjo Shigefusa. Since I do a lot of slicing and julienning, I find the Sanjo Shigefusa blades a bit too thick for my needs, whereas the thickness of the Fujiwara Yoshiaki is just right.
