Additional Information: Lightly Used condition, Sourced from a retired miyadaiku (shrine carpenter) in the Kansai region—the same craftsman behind the two recently listed Sakata planes. I have resharpened it, finishing both the bevel and the ura to #1000 grit. During sharpening, the steel performed very well, likely being Shirogami No. 2 (White Paper Steel #2).
