Smith name: Sakata Haruo/坂田春雄(1912～ ？). Another famous plane blacksmith in the Miki area named Sakata Kenji/坂田憲治(? ～December 29, 2007) was his son.

Additional Information: Used. It came from a retired carpenter in Saitama Prefecture. The blade is generally in good condition and has a long lifespan ahead of it. There was some rust on the "Urasuki" part (which has been removed). The "Ura" is currently in good condition, and I've sharpened it to 3000 grit. The blade bevel has been sharpened to 1000 grit.
