Surface Finishing by hand using file, and the hollowed back, the urasuki by hand using Sen.
The text on the front is 「いにんの倉より出し黒鉄の肌」. This sentence is mainly to record the origin of the JIGANE part of the kiridashi knife.
This sentence uses ancient Japanese grammar, so the explanation I give may not be accurate. It probably means that the JIGANE used in this knife is black iron found in the customer's own warehouse.
