Additional Information:  Unused, the ura part is rusted, but it does not affect its use. I found it in a tool box sold by a descendant of a carpenter. The box contained many planes from the Meiji or early Showa era.

I did some basic sharpening on the bevel and Ura of the blade.

Its production period was authenticated by Mr. Tsuchida Noboru.  He also shared an interesting fact about this blade: From the third picture, you can see that the blade steel is longer than the common blade steel of the same size. In a recession or when supply exceeds demand, blacksmiths(or sellers) will give customers this kind of tangible benefit to increase sales.

Another similar situation is these two blades.
Plane Blade By Chiyotsuru Nobekuni
Plane Blade By Hirosada

The traditional Japanese "2寸“ plane has a width of about 76mm, but during the economic downturn in the early Showa era, Hirosada increased the size of the "2寸“ plane to about 80mm.
