Additional Information:  Used, in good condition. The soft iron part uses traditional Japanese iron (Watetsu).  If you want to use it, you still need to sharpen it further.

The appeal of this axe lies not only in its use of high-quality, easy-to-sharpen traditional Japanese iron, but also in its superbly crafted wooden handle, which features a slight flare at the end to help prevent slipping from the hand.
