Additional Information:  This is an unused stone sourced from a professional tool shop's collection in the Kanto region. I personally hand-selected this piece at the shop, testing it with my own chisel to ensure its quality. Among the four Japanese natural whetstones (JNATs) in this batch, it ranks second in hardness but boasts the highest purity. It provides a very smooth sharpening experience and is capable of producing a brilliant mirror finish.

Applications: Ideal for razors and woodworking tools (chisels, kiridashi).
