Additional Information: Although this chisel is unused, the previous owner performed the initial setup.
I have done a basic sharpening of the bevel up to #1000 grit. The steel felt quite hard during the process. Please note that there are some residual hammer marks on the bevel; these result from the previous owner performing 'uradashi' .
Additionally, the Tokyo Chisel Guild mark on this chisel is an early version.
