Yokosaka Masato began crafting blades under the brand name "Rakuzan (楽山)" in 1997; this yari-ganna (spear plane) is estimated to have been forged around the year 2000. The blade is meticulously crafted, boasting a level of craftsmanship easily comparable to the two yari-ganna by Usui Kengo that I previously listed.
Including this piece, I have only ever encountered two yari-ganna crafted by blacksmith Yokosaka Masato.
