Additional Information: This knife is unused and in good condition. I discovered it at a specialty cutlery shop in the Kanto region, alongside two other Shiraki Kenichi kitchen knives currently listed. According to the shop owner—an elderly craftsman preparing for retirement—this is new-old-stock that he acquired 30 to 40 years ago and preserved ever since.
Unlike the other piece of the same type by the same blacksmith that I previously listed, this knife bears a wholesaler mark.
Regarding the blacksmith of this knife, Shiraki Kenichi, you can easily find extensive information about him on both English and Japanese websites with a quick search.
