I bought it from a tool store that was about to go out of business, the stone was hidden behind a large plane in the window. The owner had no memory of the name of the mine where the stone came from.

The stone photos were taken in a south-facing room between 6 and 6:30 in the morning on a sunny day. The photo of the blade(Watetsu chisel) was taken at the same time, but in an east-facing room (which already had sunlight). The camera color mode was standard. No color adjustment was done in post-production. The background is an old Japanese zelkova wood.
